superb hotel experience

private entrance restful night family suite clean room
the family suite had two rooms it connected through a private entrance. it had a locked door that was good for privacy. the rooms remained quiet allowing for restful nights. i found the rooms very clean during my entire stay.
i noticed one very small thing that the restroom lacked a lock it was not a major issue though.

the staff displayed friendliness they immediately helped me with every request. bernardo and sara showed genuine care from the beginning. they replied quickly and provided solutions for everything i needed.

excellent location and service!

helpful staff private tour new look
the staff were very helpful. they arranged a tour with their contacts when our private tour was cancelled. the restaurant elevador is great for dinner. the hotel has a new look and many amenities.
The hygiene was a problem. I found dust on a closed bag of m&m's. i asked for a blanket, but it had brown stains.

The staff arranged tours and provided great restaurant suggestions. Walking to restaurants and shops from the hotel was easy. Treats looked in the room each evening upon my return.
The room was small and had only a small window. The decor looked dark because it was back. The lighting was not great.

central location helpful staff expensive breakfast inadequate protection
the LOCATION is GREAT. it is conveniently situated near many attractions. the STAFF was also helpful and full of recommendations
the BREAKFAST service was EXPENSIVE for the quality. the room sound PROTECTION was not good I could hear the hall conversations

The location was stellar. I was between two main squares. It was a very short walk to each square. The free minibar had juice, beer, and wine. Cute kids toiletry kits were a surprise in the room. The front desk staff were very helpful.
The cocktail lounge seemed closed.

amazing staff city center
Bernardo and Sara was amazing staff members. They cared and replied immediately to any request i had. The location is city center, so the beach and most of attractions are around. Also restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance to avinada de Liberdade, a luxury shopping street.
the room DID have inadequate sound protection from the floor hall people conversations.
